Tragedy is something you never want to think about, and certainly something you never think will happen to you. The loss of our sweet Kimberly has been heartbreaking. One light at the end of the tunnel, however, has been the generosity from those surrounding us. Never have I seen such an outpouring of love from friends, family, and even strangers. Rob and Kim's ward have really been their for our family. This morning I received these pictures of the service that was being done in their home. They have been cleaning up the yard, cleaning out cupboards, fixing the sprinkler system, patching the walls, having the carpets cleaned, babysitting, bringing meals every day, and the list can go on and on.
Kim always served others, and more often then not dropped what she was doing to help those in need. Kim is continuing to live on in our hearts through all of the service that is being done. Our family cannot thank everyone enough for all that you have done. We know there are many of you out there who have helped the family make it through this difficult time. Thank you all for you kindness!
Beautiful tribute and poem about sweet Kim. What a great idea to create this as a way for her family and friends to share memories, thoughts, and service inspired by Kim. Thank you so much to her ward in Palmdale for giving such service to her family that so many of us who are far away wish we could do. We are grateful to know that Rob and the kids are being watched over.
